About
Built by people who have written the memo at two in the morning
Navent began inside a venture fund, as the tool its analysts wished they had.
AI made reading a data room cheap. It did not make diligence faster, because the real work is deciding what to believe and proving where it came from. That is the work Navent is built for.
So nothing in it pretends to be yours. The process map, the instruction behind each step, the memo template: they arrive as drafts, signed by nobody, waiting for a partner to read them and say yes. A method you did not write is worse than no method at all — adopting one should cost you reading it.
Principles
Four things we won't trade away
You see the plan first
Every step shows which documents it would read, and what a label holds back, before you approve it.
People decide
The AI drafts. Your team decides. Nothing reaches the memo without a person’s approval.
Sealed means sealed
Some documents are for human eyes only, and Navent keeps it that way.
Your data stays in Europe
Stored in the EU, encrypted, read by models in Sweden, and never used to train one.
A focused team in Linköping, Sweden, working with a first cohort of Nordic funds. The workspace and the method run in Swedish and English alike, because a memo half in one and half in the other helps nobody.
