Terms of service
Early-access terms. Last updated 1 September 2026.
These terms govern use of the Navent workspace during the early-access programme. They are written to be read. Where a definition matters, it is in bold the first time it appears.
1. The service
Navent is a workspace for investment work. It provides a process map, a document viewer, an assistant, and controls that decide which model endpoints may receive which documents. Model endpoints run on the provider accounts your firm connects. Model usage runs through Navent's account with Berget AI in Sweden by default. Your administrator can add other providers, such as Anthropic, under your firm's own account if you want them.
2. Seats
Access is per seat: one named person. Seats may be reassigned by an administrator at your firm. Sharing a seat between people is not permitted, because the audit log records who approved what.
3. Your documents
Documents you upload remain yours. Navent stores them, and everything built from them, encrypted in the European Union with a key per deal, and processes them only to provide the service, under our data processing agreement. Navent does not use them to train models or for any other purpose. You can export your work and delete any deal at any time. Deleting a deal destroys its key, so every copy becomes unreadable, backups included.
4. Model endpoints
Navent enforces the routing policy you configure. It will not send a document to an endpoint whose clearance is below the document's class. Calls that read your documents cannot search the web, fetch links or run code. You are responsible for confirming classes and setting clearances that reflect your obligations. Each firm has a monthly model-spending cap, which your administrator can see and change within the limit of your plan.
5. Findings and memos
Content drafted by a model arrives unapproved. Navent does not represent that any finding is accurate until a person at your firm has accepted it, and even then the responsibility for the investment decision is yours. Navent is a tool, not an adviser.
6. Fees
Seats are billed monthly or annually as set out on the pricing page. During early access, model usage runs on your firm's own provider accounts and is billed to you by those providers; Navent enforces the monthly cap your administrator sets. When included usage begins, we will tell seat holders before it takes effect. Pilots are free and convert only if you tell us to.
7. Termination
Either of us may end the agreement with thirty days' notice. After it ends you may export your firm's data for thirty days. We then delete all of it and send you a deletion receipt.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Navent's liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Changes
We may update these terms during early access. We will email seat holders at least fourteen days before a change takes effect.
10. Governing law
Swedish law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Stockholm.
